Websters is excited to welcome Ella, a new creative force, as she starts her internship. As part of her studies at UCLL, she will be joining the Websters team as a graphic design intern. During this time, Ella will apply her fresh perspective and acquired knowledge in a professional environment.

Who are you, Ella?
Hi! I’m Ella, a third-year Creative Media Management student at UCLL. This (relatively) new program is a mix of marketing and (audio)visual content creation. It focuses on the practical and visual application of marketing and customer-oriented communication.
What draws me to this field is the combination of creativity and theory. We learn to work hands-on through a variety of projects. During my time at Websters, I hope to further develop and refine these skills in a real-world environment.
Expectations and Goals
From day one, I immediately received a warm and enthusiastic welcome. I hope to carry that positive energy throughout the rest of my internship. I’m looking forward to gaining experience in the professional world, while also being part of a great working atmosphere.
I’m eager to translate the knowledge I’ve gained during my studies into creative designs and communications that truly connect with people.
Above all, I hope this internship will prepare me to take steps into the professional world and give me a clearer idea of what my future as a digital marketer could look like.
Free Time
Outside of my studies, I practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art focused on taking your opponent to the ground and controlling them using various holds and throws. This sport has taught me to work with discipline and focus, qualities I hope to bring into my internship as well.
Looking Ahead to a Creative Period…
I’m truly excited about my internship at Websters. I look forward to learning as much as possible and contributing real added value to the team.
