New intern in the tub

This week we welcome a new intern at Websters: Eline Verbist, a Marketing student at UCLL. In her final semester, she gets the chance to put her acquired knowledge into practice and successfully complete her bachelor with an internship within our team.


‘With Antwerp roots, but a heart lost to Leuven, I quickly knew I wanted to spend my internship in this cosy city. I immediately felt that same click at Websters. From day one, I was warmly welcomed by the team, which immediately put me at ease. Although I have previously done an internship at Bitter Melon, it is always exciting to start in a new environment.’

Why Websters?

At Websters, I hope to further hone my marketing skills and put my theoretical knowledge into practice. What attracted me most to this internship is the wide range of clients Websters works with. No two days are the same, which makes it all the more exciting. Working within a dynamic marketing agency like Websters means constantly switching between different sectors, brands and campaigns, exactly the variety and challenge I am looking for.


My goals and expectations

During my internship, I want to:

✅ Strengthening my skills in content marketing and social media

✅ Gaining more insight into SEO and digital advertising

✅ Learning how to effectively respond to customer needs as a marketer

✅ Working on real projects and making an impact with my work


I hope this internship will not only provide me with valuable practical experience, but also new insights and inspiration for my further career in marketing.


A look behind the scenes

My first days at Websters consisted of getting to know the team, discovering how the company works and diving into the first projects. I immediately got to contribute to competitive analyses of clients and had the chance to work on ongoing projects. The mix of creativity and strategic marketing here is exactly what motivates me.
