Welcome Mikail – Our new Digital Design intern

At Websters, we greatly value young talent and fresh ideas. That is why we are delighted to welcome Mikail as our new Digital Designer intern. Mikail will be joining the team as part of his Digital Design associate degree program at PXL University of Applied Sciences, and will be with Websters until mid-January 2026.

WHO IS MIKAIL?

Mikail is currently studying Digital Design at PXL University of Applied Sciences. His path to this field is unusual: he previously successfully completed a graduate program in Accounting Administration and then started a bachelor's program in Accountancy & Taxation. However, he soon realized that his true passion lay elsewhere. Being creative, designing, and telling visual stories appealed to him much more.

When he discovered the Digital Design program, he immediately felt it was the right choice. With enthusiasm and curiosity, he threw himself into this new world.

MY GOALS AND EXPECTATIONS

During his internship, Mikail wants to further deepen his knowledge and skills.

“I want to learn how digital design is applied in practice within a professional agency, and how I can really add value with my creativity.” “The goal is not only to become stronger technically, but also to grow in teamwork, communication, and working with deadlines and projects.”

FIRST STEPS AT WEBSTERS

Last week, Mikail started his internship at Websters. His first day was mainly spent getting to know the team, the work structure, and the current projects.
